The jist:

  • Male and female training teams.

  • Male - All around focus, a 'classic' physique is the aim.

  • Female - An hourglass figure, lats/delts/glutes/hamstrings focus.

  • 5 Day splits.

  • Community Whatsapp.

  • Plan updates every 6-8 weeks.

  • High intensity, moderate volume - PROPER hypertrophy programming.

Jacked Gents

Based on building the 'classic' physique. 

This means a developed chest, rounded shoulders and thick arms along with a thick & wide back for the upper body, and a good set of legs for the lower so that we aren't looking like a half squeezed toothpaste.

Based on building the hourglass figure, as seen in Bikini Competitors.

For this we need an emphasis on glutes (of course), hamstrings, lats and delts. Other muscle groups will be hit to a lesser extent but the above 4 are our primary focus.
